This kitchen renovation in Holywell, North Wales, involved a more complex transformation than a standard replacement. The customer wanted the kitchen relocated into an existing bedroom, creating a new cooking, cleaning and utility space in a completely different part of the home.
At the survey stage, the essential requirement was to relocate services into another room. This meant the project needed careful planning around plumbing, electrics, waste, appliances and the new kitchen installation itself, ensuring the finished space worked practically as a fully functioning kitchen rather than simply looking the part.

Over the approximately 1.5-week project, electricians installed a new electrical ring back to the mains board, along with a new 32amp cooker supply. Plumbing works included new hot, cold and waste services to support the sink, washing machine and dishwasher, ensuring the relocated kitchen would function properly for everyday use.
The project involved plumbers, electricians and kitchen fitters working together to keep the installation moving smoothly. Coordination was especially important because several trades were needed at different stages, and the customer specifically valued not having to organise multiple trades themselves.
No major issues were reported during the project. The process was kept smooth through tidy working practices, polite communication and a well-organised team, helping to reduce disruption while maintaining a high standard of workmanship.
